The ZBF1 encodes for AtMYC2 in Arabidopsis thaliana which is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor involved in Abscisic acid (ABA), Jasmonic acid (JA) and Jasmonateethylene signaling pathways. It is a differential regulator for expression of many genes. The results reported in this article further support for the upregulation and downregulation of the genes that have been studied here.en_US
